WHOLE LODGE:
$500 bond
$380 per night - minimum 2 nights
Public Holidays: minimum 3 nights
DISCOUNTS: 15% for 5/6 nights, 25% for 7 or more nights

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
1. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date – except "again Guarantee"
2. 50% refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival date
3. Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of booking pre-season (pre Queens B/day w/end)

Full Season Accommodation
We're offering a bedsit again this year for one or two people.
RATE for the Season: $6000 for two people or $4000 for one.
Accommodation: a large room with two double beds, two hanging robes, desk and chairs, shelves and a small fridge.
Season tenants will have access to the lodge communal kitchen and bathroom facilities.
